Privacy policy
This static marketing site is designed to minimize collection. Its source contains no first-party analytics, advertising trackers, cookie-setting code, or server-side form endpoint. Cloudflare processes requests to deliver and protect the site, and its current edge configuration adds Cloudflare Web Analytics.
How the site is delivered
The current website is static HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. GitLab CI deploys it to Cloudflare Pages. Fonts, images, and site scripts are hosted with the site; the source does not load third-party fonts or social-media widgets.
Cloudflare data
Cloudflare receives standard request and security information needed to deliver the site, which can include an IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent, and related network data. Cloudflare handles that information under its own data-processing terms and the site's account settings.
The live site has also been observed with the Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon injected at the delivery edge. Cloudflare describes this service as cookie-free. It can process page-view, referrer, browser or device, and performance information. The site source does not use that information for advertising or add any separate analytics service.
When you contact us
The homepage includes a project brief. Completing it does not post personal information to this website. With JavaScript available, the page validates your entries in the browser and opens your email application with a pre-filled message to hello@nostringslabs.com. Without JavaScript, the form uses a standard mailto: action. You choose whether to send the message. Direct email links work the same way.
Your email application and mail providers process any message you send. We use your message and contact details to respond to your enquiry and manage any resulting engagement, and retain the correspondence only as long as needed for those purposes or a legal requirement. If you use the optional “Copy brief instead” control, the text is copied only to your local clipboard.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We disclose it only to service providers needed to operate our communications or an engagement, with your direction, or where required by law.
Your choices
You may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, or ask about its deletion, by emailing hello@nostringslabs.com.
Governing law
No Strings Labs Inc. is a Canadian company. We handle personal information in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

This policy covers this marketing website. Privacy terms for client projects are agreed separately as part of each engagement.
